Michelle Mathews is just awesome! 😎 We wanted to refinance our home 🏡 and take a little cash out for a car 🚗 for our teenager ️🙋‍♀️, and so I called a lender I have recommended for over 5 years. And I am a very active 🏃‍♂️Realtor, so that is a lot of referrals. ✍️ We got an amazing rate at 2.75% and we were all set to move forward. 👍 That was in October. I kept asking for updates on where we were in the process and just got push back. 😤 "New purchases take priority over refinances and we are swamped." 🤹‍♂️ That is the answer I had been getting every time I asked when we could close on the loan.👎 In December I was just so frustrated 🤬 not knowing when we would close, I called Michelle. She was a dream.🤗 Not only did she beat the rate by 0.125%, 👏 she said we should be able to close by the end of the year.🤩 "Done!" That was my response. Though in general it's a bit nerve wracking, Michelle's demeanor and businesslike approach coupled with a thorough knowledge of the processes made things much, much more bearable. Michelle closed a listing we had in Rockville, Maryland in 3 weeks beginning to end. Including appraisal, inspection and conditions. And closed on time. No excuses. Kept everyone up to date entire time. This was outstanding performance and really appreciated it. Michelle is great lender.
