This is the 2nd house I've bought with Michelle in 10 years. In both cases, I had very specific financial circumstances. 10 years ago, I had reached out to a few other lenders before I found Michelle, and none could help me. Michelle got my loan where no one else could, so this time she was my first call! Again, she worked wonders. In a competitive housing market, having Michelle partner with my real estate agent and make it clear to sellers that our loan was already secured gave us a great advantage and we finally found the perfect house!

Michelle isn’t only your loan ranger of mortgages but THE loan ranger of mortgages. We’ve been house hunting through a pretty tough market and without her support, we may have given up. A knowledgeable and experienced loan officer in your corner is a non-negotiable when navigating the real estate market. Beyond keeping our best interest at the top of the list (in addition to whatever she had happening with other clients), she was constantly reaching out to our buyers agent and the listing agent for properties of interest. To say that she goes above and beyond would be an understatement, and intruely believe we got to settlement thanks to Michelle and our awesome buyers agent. Extensive knowledge on VA loans was a true tool we utilized while working with Michelle. No “I” undotted, no stone left unturned.
